1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within Allred Heating Cooling Electric's service area (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). Employees, officers, and directors of Allred Heating Cooling Electric, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

As a condition of winning, the potential winner must provide proof of ownership of their primary residence. If the potential winner is a renter, they must provide a verifiable, written and signed affidavit from the legal property owner/landlord granting express permission for the installation of the furnace system described in the 'Prize' section. Failure to provide such proof or permission within ten (10) business days of request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Property must meet all applicable building codes and installation requirements.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM PST on October 7th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on October 31st, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry: Visit "services.trustallred.com/furnace-giveaway" and complete the entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and the reason you'd want a new furnace.

Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Allred Heating Cooling Electric (505 F St SE, Auburn, WA 98002), Attn: Furnace Giveaway, [YOUR ADDRESS], Seattle, WA [ZIP CODE]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [END DATE] and received by [END DATE + 7 DAYS].

Limit one entry per person/email address/household regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 7th, by Allred Heating Cooling Electric whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the provided contact information is accurate and to monitor their email (including spam/junk folders) and phone for communications from the Sponsor. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

5. PRIZE

Prize Conditions:

• Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted.

• Installation must occur within 90 days of winner notification or prize will be forfeited.

• Winner's home must pass a pre-installation inspection to ensure suitability for installation.

• Winner is responsible for any modifications to the home required to meet current building codes.

• Winner is responsible for any costs beyond standard installation, including but not limited to: electrical upgrades, gas line modifications, ductwork modifications, asbestos abatement, structural modifications, or any other non-standard requirements.

• Installation is subject to permit approval and must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

• If, during the pre-installation inspection, Sponsor determines that the winner's home is unsuitable for a standard installation as defined herein, Sponsor will provide the winner with an estimate of costs for any required non-standard modifications. If the winner is unable or unwilling to cover these additional costs, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor's determination of suitability and what constitutes a 'standard installation' shall be final.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, participants release and agree to hold harmless Allred Heating Cooling Electric, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, or software failures; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 7. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy available at https://trustallred.com/about-us/privacy-policy/ and will be used only for purposes of administering this giveaway unless the entrant opts in to receive promotional communications.
