Our promotions are designed to provide maximum value while maintaining the quality and standards Allred is known for. The following terms apply:
Service Area & Residency
Promotions apply to qualifying installations within our standard service area. Agreements and project approvals must be made with the legal homeowner.
On-Site Eligibility
All promotions require a completed on-site evaluation to confirm system compatibility with the home’s ductwork, electrical capacity, and installation requirements.
Qualifying Systems
Promotional pricing applies only to select equipment combinations. “Free Furnace” offers require the purchase of a qualifying premium inverter system (e.g., Daikin Fit).
Pricing & Value
Promotional values (e.g., “Free Furnace” or “Up to $4,000 in savings”) are based on manufacturer suggested retail pricing. Primary equipment must be purchased at standard retail pricing to qualify. Offers cannot be combined with economy systems, prior purchases, or other discounts.
Installation Scope
“Free installation” (where applicable) applies to standard system replacements. Additional work required to meet code (including electrical, gas, venting, or structural modifications) will be quoted separately.
Deadlines & Availability
Contracts must be signed by May 15, 2026. Offers are subject to availability. Due to supply chain conditions, equipment of equal or greater value may be substituted with prior customer approval.
Company Discretion
Allred Heating Cooling Electric LLC reserves the right to limit, modify, or decline promotional offers based on safety concerns, site conditions, or system compatibility.

If we install it, we stand behind it—for as long as you own the home.
All work is completed to ACCA best practices by licensed, in-house professionals. If our workmanship ever falls short, we will correct it.
Includes:
Lifetime workmanship coverage
Installation to national HVAC standards
No subcontractors—only Allred employees
🔴 10–12 Year Parts & Labor Coverage
No unexpected repair costs with proper maintenance.
Systems include up to 10–12 years of parts and labor coverage, contingent on annual maintenance as required by manufacturer guidelines.
Includes:
Manufacturer-approved parts and labor
Coverage under normal operating conditions
Excludes:
Lack of maintenance
Misuse, unapproved service, or external damage
🔴 System Replacement Guarantees
If a major component fails, we replace—not patch.
5-Year AC / Heat Pump: Compressor failure = full outdoor unit replacement
10-Year Furnace: Heat exchanger failure = full furnace replacement
Daikin Limited 12-Year Replacement: Eligible systems may qualify for full unit replacement through manufacturer
🔴 2-Year Happiness Guarantee
Your comfort matters.
If something doesn’t feel right within the first two years, we will work with you to resolve it.
🔴 Fair Price Match Guarantee
Find a comparable system? We’ll beat it by $500.
