The ALLRED Story
Back in 2011, twin brothers Dan and Matt Allred were working for the big HVAC chains — and getting tired of watching customers treated like transactions and good techs pushed to upsell.
So they set out to build something better: a company where people come first, where service actually means something, and where local families feel taken care of — not taken advantage of.
Thirteen years later, we’ve grown to over 50 employees, all from right here in the Puget Sound. But we still treat every customer like a neighbor. Because to us, you are.
